Storyline: They Called Her Cory

Out of all of the Cory retrospectives, the one done by Storyline was, in my honest opinion, one of the best -- largely because the story was told using original soundbites from old footage. Yes, it jumped from 1986 to 2009 but it certainly helped explain the events which shaped this remarkable woman's courage. This segment was directed and edited by Paolo Villaluna. Written and produced by Patricia Evangelista, a post-Edsa baby.

Lourd de Veyra said it best for our generation who were in their tweens in the early 80s:

Are you groping for words to explain Ninoy/Cory magic to your post-Edsa babies. Are YOU a post-Edsa baby? Clear your calendars and join John Silva's special tours at the National Museum this August and September! Click on this link for more details.
