ST VINCENT'S COLLEGE SESQUICENTENARY, 2008.

ST VINCENT'S COLLEGE SESQUICENTENARY, 2008.

To acknowledge the 150 years of St Vincent's College in 2008, the College and Ex-Students Union are organising a number of events to mark this milestone.

A celebatory mass will be held at St Mary's Cathedral on Sunday 4th May, followed by refreshments.

Also in honour of this occasion, the Ex-Students will be hosting an Alumni Dinner on Friday night, 2nd May at the Sydney Hilton.

Featuring on the night will be a memorabilia exhibition as well as some exciting prominent guest speakers, the combination of which is guaranteed to make this an event to remember.

Tickets are $135 per head, which will include a three course meal and drinks. And now's the time to start working out table arrangements with classmates from your year, or even from the decade when you where at St Vincent's. The Committee will be arranging tables in order of Class Years, as far as possible, that everyone sits with their classmates.

Further details will be on the college website and in the media early 2008.

To assist us in our preparations, we would appreciate your expressions of interest to Mary Doyle, President of the Ex-Students' Union, at mary_doyle@bigpond.com or Teresa Tree, Director of Development at the college, at treet@stvincents.nsw.edu.au.

The college website is also a wonderful way to keep in contact with the college and ex-students. Feel free to register on the secure ex-students' database so you can contact other ex-students. Simply go to http://www.stvincents.nsw.edu.au/, click on Our Community, then Ex-Students, then Contacts. Once you have been validated, you can contact others that have also registered.

We wanted to let you know about these special events as early as possible, so you can highlight the dates on your calendar. Please forward onto any Vinnies girls you may have details for.

Thank-you
